Vista Resources, Inc., founded in 1987, is a well-established, independent oil and natural gas company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with an office in Denver, Colorado. Vista and its affiliates have entered into strategic alliances with various industry and joint venture partners in natural gas drilling programs, acreage and seismic programs, acquisitions and pipeline projects throughout the Appalachian Basin and the Rockies. Over the past twenty years, Vista has managed 47 drilling or investment programs and has drilled over 990 wells in Pennsylvania and the Rockies, with proved reserves of over 131 billion cubic feet equivalent.
