Vista Resources, Inc., founded in 1987, is a well-established, independent oil and natural gas company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Vista and its affiliates have entered into strategic alliances with various industry and joint venture partners in natural gas drilling programs, acreage and seismic programs, acquisitions and pipeline projects throughout the Appalachian Basin and the Rockies. Vista's contracts with nationally recognized corporations provide consistent year-round markets for its natural gas.

Over the past twenty years, Vista has managed 49 drilling or investment programs and has drilled over 1,000 wells in Pennsylvania and the Rockies, with proved reserves of over 150 billion cubic feet equivalent. Our drilling activities have been conducted through limited partnerships and industry joint ventures.

The Company's overall financial strategy is to increase natural gas reserves by investing significantly in our own drilling projects and acquisitions. This approach assures our partners that we will drill the best wells possible.
